Lacoste Free Prize Draw (the "Promotion")
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These are the terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") that govern the relationship
between you, the entrant ("you", "your(s)") and KBL Brampton/Lacoste, 6 Ramillies Street, London W1F 7TY (the "Promoter", "we", "our", "us").
ELIGIBILITY
1. The Promotion is only open to residents in the UK aged eighteen (18) and over who have registered for the Promotion at web site "http://webformregistration.com/signup/628/566/Lacoste" or "http://webformregistration.com/signup/628/594/Lacoste" ("Promotion Site") to win "One of 12 L1212 Classic Lacoste Polo" and have received confirmation by email of their entry entitled "Confirmation of your entry to win one of 12 L1212 Classic Lacoste Polo " and dated between 27 June 2013 and 14 July 2013 ("Promotion Email").
2. The following are not eligible to participate in this Promotion: (i) employees of the Promoter, its
respective subsidiaries and associated companies, any advertising and promotional agencies
or the prize suppliers, (ii) immediate family members of such employees or of anyone with
whom such employees are domiciled and (iii) the independent observer. In these Terms and
Conditions, "immediate family" includes mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters and
spouse.
3. The Promoter assumes that by entering the Promotion you have legal capacity to enter the
Promotion and agree to the Terms and Conditions (i.e. that you are of sufficient age and
mental capacity and are entitled to be legally bound in contract.
HOW TO ENTER
4. The Promotion Site will contain a form to "ENTER" so that you can
share your information in the Promotion Email promoting L1212 Classic Lacoste Polos (the "Polos").
5. To participate in the Promotion you will need to click on the "ENTER NOW" link in the email and provide details about yourself before you can submit your competition entry.
6. Your name and email address that you provide will count as
one (1) entry to the Promotion (each an "Entry", together the "Entries"). The Promotion is
restricted to one (1) Entry per person and we will automatically enter you into the Promotion, provided that you have provided a valid name and valid email address,
and that the name that you submit is the authorized account holder of the corresponding email
address.
9. No entry fee and no purchase required.
PROMOTION PERIOD
10. The Promotion opens at 00.01 on 27 June 2013 and closes at midnight on 14 July 2013 (the
"Promotion Period") and only Entries received by or on behalf of the Promoter during the
Promotion Period will be accepted into the Promotion.
PRIZE
11. There are a total of twelve (12) prizes to be won: L1212 Lacoste Classic Polo Shirts (men) or PF269E Lacoste Classic Polo Shirts (women).
12. The prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable or convertible to cash or
other substitutes. If due to circumstances beyond our control we are unable to provide the
stated prizes, we reserve the right to award substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
PRIZE DRAW
13. The prize draw will take place on 15 July 2013 at the Promoter's offices at the address set out
above. The twelve (12) winners will be selected at random from all eligible
Entries received during the Promotion Period in the presence of an independent observer and
in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
14. We will endeavour to notify each first prize winner by email within three (3) business days of
the date of the prize draw and prizes will follow in the mail within seven (7) business days of
such notification date. Prizes will be available for collection at the Lacoste Knightsbridge store for winners within thirty (30) business days of the date of the prize draw.
15. If a winner cannot be contacted after two (2) attempts within three (3) business days of the
draw date, we reserve the right to select an alternate winner.
16. We reserve the right to select alternative winners in the event that we have reasonable
grounds for believing that a winner has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions.
17. A list of winners and their home county will be available for one (1) month after the end of the
prize draw by sending a stamped self addressed envelope to our address set out above.
GENERAL
18. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by our decisions, which are final in all matters relating to these Terms and Conditions, the Promotion, the draws and/or the results and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
19. We accept no responsibility for any incorrect or inaccurate information and assume no
responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or
transmission, line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to Entries lost or delayed
whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus,
bugs or other causes outside its control (to the fullest extent permitted by law).
20. Subject to rule 21, personal information collected from entrants will be used by us solely in
connection with the Promotion and will not be disclosed to any third party except for the
purpose of operating the Promotion and fulfilling prizes where applicable. The declared prize
winners? information will be shared by the independent observer with us, specifically each
winner?s name, postal address, telephone number and/or e-mail address, only to the extent
that this information is required to award the prizes for this Promotion.
21. By entering this Promotion, you agree to the use of your name, address, and or photograph or
other likeness, as well as your appearance at publicity events without any additional
compensation and as required by the Promoter if you are declared a winner.
22. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English
law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
